"The order has exceeded my expectations – your customer service is excellent from the first point of contact, through the selection of materials, to the measuring and fitting, and the final dressing of the windows.  I was looking for a company that could handle everything for me. I have little spare time for interior design, and I have none of the equipment / skills required to fit curtain rails etc. I also own a 19th century cottage which has few straight lines and many quirky features, which while being attractive, mean that nothing is of a ‘standard’ size or shape. So I was delighted to find a team who could help me choose the right materials and fitments, and design the ‘hardware’ needed to accommodate odd beams in the ceiling, all for a very reasonable price.  Unusually for a female, I generally dislike all shopping activities, so when I visited the premises in Emsworth to look at materials, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the experience and felt immediately comfortable that I was in good hands.  It would be extremely difficult to improve on my customer experience. All the staff with whom I had contact were a delight from start to finish. I was initially anxious that a) your services might be too expensive for me to afford and b) you might be a bit ‘Sloaney’ – both anxieties proved to be totally unfounded.  A huge thank you to the Sue Foster team for providing my cottage with some gorgeous new curtains, which have transformed the whole place and are much admired by friends and family. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your services to other people."
